The meeting of the modernity of the furnishings with the charm of the original environments has given life to a unique and suggestive combination that will give you pleasant moments of relaxation, making you feel at home, surrounded by comfort.
The building is located in one of the most suggestive locations in Ticino: from your balconies you can admire Lake Ceresio and the surrounding mountains or enjoy the sun in the private garden available to all our guests.
Our aim is to make your holiday comfortable from every point of view. To this end, all apartments are equipped with every comfort, free parking, fast wi-fi service, a fully equipped kitchen, large and spacious wardrobes.
For all those who do not want to be separated from their pets during the holiday periods, 76 The Lake House accepts the presence of small pets under the full responsibility of their owners.
We are currently unable to offer accessibility and short stay services to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. In the near future we will adapt our structure in order to extend the usability of the holiday apartments to everyone.
For our little guests we offer free extra services on request: cot, bed rail, high chair, backsplash for washbasin. Extra services on request for a fee: multilingual babysitter by the hour.
